Stayed here for 1 night. The first room I got was beautiful, however when I turned on the lights flys came out everywhere. I notified the front and was quickly given accommodations to a different room. This was obviously an unfortunate incident. Maybe upkeep and keep prep on the rooms. Other than that everything else was fine. The staff was kind and accommodating.

The hotel lobby is magnificent, the room living room is spacious and bright and equipped with a kitchen sink, the bedroom is comfortable, and the entire decoration color is soft and coordinated, making you feel at home. The bathroom is large enough, the flushing fixtures are stylish and elegant, and are equipped with bathrobes. The hotel restaurant is more like entering a palace, where you can enjoy delicious food and appreciate the beautiful and luxurious decorations. The breakfast buffet is nutritious and the drinks are complete. In short, perfect! I highly recommend. 👍

Before I write anything else you must know about the sleaze bag bellboy.He will try and book you over priced taxis to the airport and even made my husband walk to a cash point nearby with him as he wanted a tip and we had no dirham currency. We love the Moroccan people but he was not nice even though he initially appeared so Reception staff seem to turn a blind eye and he even told her to be careful what she said in front of me because I speak french (she thought we only understood English). There is a kitchen in the room but no cutlery,plates etc. There was a problem with the balcony door which the repair man repaired by locking us out of it permanently. The roof terrace was always locked. The room was nice and the view was amazing but obviously we could not get on to the balcony to enjoy it fully. Breakfast was fantastic.But sadly overall a 1 star hotel for us.#beware

Wonderful Stay in Casablanca
This hotel is an excellent choice. The spacious suite was well designed, comfy bed, and outstanding breakfast. We are returning for another stay in about a week. Good central location.

The hotel was very nice, clean with good breakfast options and room service (we did not try the restaurant). Reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is how noisy it was - we were in a room facing the road and It was unbelievably loud. We asked to be loved higher up (from first floor), and this was accommodated (6th floor) but it didn’t make a difference. The windows are not double glazed and therefore you hear all the street noise, constant honking. Aside from that it’s a great place, but for anyone sensitive to noise I’d recommend asking for a room facing away from the road or booking a different place.
