Attractive country villa with private pool and spectacular views
Surrounded by olive trees, mountains and beautiful nature, this is an absolutely charming 3 bedroom country villa with private swimming pool in the South of Spain. With gentle views down to the Mediterranean Sea and distant mountains in Morocco, the villa is about 10 mins away from the Mediterranean coast and perfect place to enjoy Spanish living at its very best.
The space
The villa is entered through an open aired patio with lemon trees and the appeasing sounds of a fountain. The villa is layed out on one floor, well-appointed, bright and nicely decorated in Andalucian style. The accommodation is spacious with high ceilings. The kitchen is neat, practical, properly equipped, open plan with a dining area and sitting room, where floors are tiled in traditional terracotta to suit the climate.
The main room opens to a glassed verandah which can slide open to the garden in warm months, which are the norm here, or close in winter to make a sunny conservatory. A well-kept lawn spreads out from the house, with the 9-metre swimming pool to one side, next to a covered terrace with a large outdoor BBQ. All around are planted shrubs, palms, maritime pines and the rich Mediterranean vegetation of the hills.
The villa comes with WiFi internet. The three bedrooms are very spacious. They all have separate bathrooms, wardrobe space, overhead fans, and each opens directly to the gardens. Bedroom 1 is particularly private, in an adjacent annex, where it is connected via an internal corridor.
• Bedroom 1 has a four poster king-size bed. This bedroom is in the adjoining annex, where it has a walk-in shower and its own covered terrace by the pool.
• Bedroom 2 has twin beds that can be pushed together. Its bathroom has a shower over a bathtub and french windows open to allow access and a view from the bed out onto the gardens.
• Bedroom 3 also has twin beds that can be pushed together and a shower over a bathtub.
