Not the best for handicap .
Be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs if not on the first floor. There's no elevator. Was very difficult for us and others. They also do not have a hot tub but pictures looked like there was. It was a kiddy pool.

There is a bar attached to this hotel so if you plan on sleeping go somewhere else. I called a 1am to complain about the noise in the lobby, which they said they would handle but it still persisted. The front desked then called me at 2 am asking if this was a room that was on a different floor and then said sorry our phone system is messed up. I will not be going back.

Do not let the change of the signage out front fool you. This is the same old Parkway! If you would like to control the ac or great in your room, stay somewhere else. If you'd like to feel confident taking a shower that out had been cleaned on the past month, stay somewhere else

The hotel is conveniently located, and the beds are comfortable. However, the hotel could use a refresher—the carpet is fraying in places, and the shower is older. The breakfast was a nice surprise!

Some remodel had been done but I was put in the part of motel that little effort was made. Carpet had large stains and was dirty. Room smelled of urine. Heater vents were filthy with black dust balls hanging from them. Very loud clanking noise whenever heat came on or off. Small ants on bathroom floor. Toilet paper holder was broken from wall and toilet paper was placed on counter. Hand towel holder fell down when taking a hand towel off. Top part of bed sheets was crunchy like something starched and tightly folded would feel. Other beds blanket was dirty. The whole room needed a good cleaning. Staff at front desk was rude when given the list of room issues. They would not give me a check out receipt because I had used a booking site to reserve room.

I'm sure under other circumstances this property wouldn't be too bad but there is a lot of construction going on right now which makes it difficult to access the property by car or on foot.

We got back to our room at 10 PM and tried to use the television and it didn’t work and the facility was unable to make it work and there was no offer to make it right.

The TV did not work in our room. Maintenance came and looked at it only to tell us that there was nothing he could do. The bathroom floor had sugar ants and the guest laundry washing machine broke mid use where Dave the same maintenance man who looked at the TV let me know yet again that there was nothing he could do. Due to the type of room we booked (bunk bed suite) there was no option to change rooms. The front desk didn’t do anything but apologize for the inconvenience.
