On the ground floor you will find the beautiful terraces with fantastic views, private pool and the well-kept garden. Inside you will find the kitchen, the spacious living and dining room and a bathroom.
Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a bunk bed and a further bathroom.
Thanks to its fantastic location, the detached villa offers marvellous views of the mountains and the sea. 1 car can be parked on the property and there is further parking on the street. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking and cycling tours.
The golf course Club de Campo del Mediterraneo, Sergio Garcia Home Course, is only 1 km away, the town of Castellón 4 km and the beautiful beach 8 km.

Maison tres bien, belle présentation a l intérieur comme a l extérieure, la piscine est superbe. Environ du quartier calme , juste quelque chien qui aboie mais a part ca c est tranquille. Il manque quand meme la climatisation dans la maison.

Una pasada de casa.
La casa es una maravilla, con salón muy amplio, cocina enorme y habitaciones muy amplias, pero lo mejor de la casa sin duda es el porche y la piscina con su barbacoa , hemos ido con dos niños de un año y medio y 5 años y lo han pasado en grande. Al poder cerrar la piscina da mucha seguridad, repetiremos seguro, hay que volver a darse un baño al atardecer con esas hermosas vistas. Si no te importa tardar 20 minutos en llegar a la playa la casa es perfecta y tienes a 5 minutos andando el inicio de una senda con un paisaje alucinante. Por cierto, Clarisa, la chica que te da las llaves, un encanto y muy atenta.
