Holiday home on the outskirts of Castril, province of Granada, Andalucia.

If you want to enjoy your well-earned holidays and spend some time with the whole family, you should consider this rental in the province of Granada as your next holiday destination. Provided with all the comforts you will need, this accommodation is ideal for relaxing and enjoy the mountainous setting of the province of Granada. Besides, you will have the town of Castril within a stone's throw, and still, enjoy the quietness provided.

The rental is the combination of three independent houses, each of which is provided with its own lounge space, kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom.

The first house is located on the upper floor, and it has a private entrance. Upon accessing it, you are welcomed by a spacious dining-living room, which shares space with the galley corner. One bathroom with a shower is accessible from the living room, as are the two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and two twin beds).

The second house is located on the ground floor, and it features two separate doors, both of which open onto the garden. The spacious living room is equipped with a lounge space, a dining table, a modern kitchenette and a bunk bed. The master bedroom is furnished with one double bed, and the house's facilities are completed by a bathroom with a bathtub.

In the third and last house, which also opens to the garden, you will find the remaining three bedrooms. Two of them are equipped with one double bed each and, in the third bedroom, you will find one bunk bed. There is a bathroom with a bathtub, a dining-living room that shares space with an open kitchen, and a lovely glazed veranda with a lounge area. This house also offers the possibility for one more person to sleep, thanks to the extra bed.

The three living rooms are provided with warm/cool air-con and a pellet stove each, as well as a fireplace.

Outside, several porches let you have "al fresco" meals in complete quietness. The main patio is separated from the pool area by a small wooden fence. Inside the pool area, you will find a precious private pool where you can refresh when the temperatures rise, and a few sun loungers perfect for sunbathing.

The access to the house is possible via a 450-mt unpaved lane.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, which features a fireplace and a private pool. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
