HollyKiss is the reinvention of the historic Hotchkiss House, resort and boarding rooms originally established in 1900 by Perry Hodgekiss. It was a hotbed of activity until the late 1970s, then renovated as a single family residence years later. On the surface it is like grandma's farmhouse or your summer camp lodge, but rebuilt from the inside out with rebuilt foundation, interior steel beams, and updated thermal windows to mention a few upgrades.
