Super clean! Very nice hotel in a great location! Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend this hotel. The worst part, I booked this room for 3 people, myself, wife and daughter. Daughter was 13 and that is the info I put in when I booked the room. When I arrived, they told me that their policy was 13 and over was an adult and we would need to pay for another adult in the room. This was never disclosed in the booking and I entered all of the information in when I booked. That is unacceptable to try to charge more once someone arrives. Holiday Inn and Expedia need to get this figured out so that no one else has this surprise.

Really an excellent stay overall. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The team must be very well trained and led. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning which included a large variety and tasty options. The room was well appointed, modern, clean and in great condition. We moved here from another local hotel due to their poor cleanliness and condition and found the Holiday Inn Cebu to be a true sanitary. If I had one criticism, it was that the towels were pretty thin. Not a deal breaker at all. I’d stay here again every time

The Holiday Inn was AMAZING (need a deeper pool) and the staff was all Aces. But... Could we walk around at night? We were told not to. I find that to be a problem, because I always want to hang with the locals.

It was very far away from everything (like the beach) and we only had the accommodations from the hotel. Well, the mall also, but... We wanted to see beaches, pangolins, jungle and in a week - we didn't see any of that - except a horrible beach we had to pay for ($20 USD). Unexpected. But, the people of Cebu were absolutely AMAZING!!!
