It was just not up to par. The pool and hot tub need to be repaired. My son almost did not get in.. he said, " brotha, ewww. That's nasty". At least they worked. The breakfast was the same as everywhere else, but the eggs were mushy and gross. I figure it is at the discretion of staff to allow early check in.. was told there is a fee. It was about 1pm when we came in and i have stayed at numerous Comfor Inn and Suites. Upon checking in later, the OWNERS(2 of them) were behind the counter. I was told to pick up the phone at the desk to contact the front desk staff(who was probably busy working or having a lunch break) because what? They don't know how to check someone in? Or they do not take pride in their business? Either case ia rather pitiful. Probably THEIR policy to charge an early check in fee. Eww. Not a well run business. It was clean, though.

Disgusting and outdated
Room was dirty and very stale, places were obviously not cleaned. Pool and hot tub were disgusting, floating hair and bugs and debris in both. Pool towel section was empty save for one stained towel. Linens in room were stained. Breakfast had many options but several items were stale and hard.

Room had a horrible smell of urine. When I expressed cobcern to front desk, the response was, "yeah they were afraid of that" I asked if she was telling me that the beds had been urinated in and she statated that the staff had spent over 3 hours in the room that day cleaning but were concerned that it still smelled. The smell was so bad you could smell it outside the door before you opened it and then in the room it actually burned your eyes and throat. It is unbelievable that they would actually put customers in that room knowing the condition and without replacing the mattress. I ultimately left and found other lodging. We be requesting a refund. Beyond horrible!
