We were so impressed by the professionalism and care that the owners have taken. The property is well-maintained and clean, stocked with everything that we could imagine needing or wanting, and in an excellent location! The hosts kept us well-informed, and were pleasant and responsive. We would definitely book here again the next time we’re coming to Manitoulin Island!

Clean Atmosphere. Nice stay

This is our fifth trip to the Island in the last 20 years and we love to come here every few years in the fall months to see the vibrant colours and enjoy the peacefulness of the Island. This is the first time at The Vista and loved the location right on the lake and the setup of the cottage suited our lifestyle perfectly, and the cleanliness was first class. We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage on the shore of Lake Huron. Jane was a great host who answered our many questions about the surrounding area and local wildlife. The view is breathtaking. Our kids loved playing out on the rocks and looking for crayfish in the many calm inlets.
