We grow vegetables, fruit, vegetables and ancient grains with which we produce wood-fired whole wheat bread, biscuits, sweets and freselle every day. With our fruit and vegetables we make preserves, tomato purée, pickles, compotes, jams and jams and from our olive trees a precious extra virgin olive oil with an intense aroma and a pleasantly fruity flavor. We breed chickens, rabbits and chickens, goats and cows and we produce fresh and seasoned cheeses.
