Berbat bir deneyim!!!

Ödeme yapmama rağmen otele gittiğimizde odamız yok denildi. Eşim ve ufak çocuğum ile gece saat 11 de ortada kaldık. Otel sahibi sizi diğer otelimize yönlendireyim dedi. Saat geç olduğundan ve çocuğum yanımda olduğundan kabul ettik. Bizi gönderdikleri yer evden bozma bir pansiyondu. Güvenlik, temizlik hiç birşey yok. Orada konaklamak zorunda kaldık. Sabaha kadar sarhoşların sesinden uyuyamadık. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Merkeze biraz uzak, 3 gün konakladık hiç temizlenmedi.Kahvaltısı çok bayat ve yumurtadan tüy çıktı hiç kahvaltı yapmadık.Personeller hiç güleryüzlü değil ve hiçbir konuda yardımcı olma eğiliminde değiller hoş geldiniz bile demediler ya da memnuniyet bile sormadılar ki memnun değildik zaten.Tek iyi yanı uygun fiyatlı olmasıydı.Zaten hep dışarıda vakit geçirdiğimiz için sorun etmemeye çalıştık.

Le persone che gestiscono l'hotel non parlano una parola di inglese, al nostra arrivo la signora che ci ha dato le chiavi della camera semabrava quasi scocciata e non ci ha fornito nessuna informazione né sull'hotel (ad esempio gli orari della colazione) né sulla zona e non le trovi neanche nella camera. Non è stata una buona accoglienza. La cosa peggiore è stata la camera peró, non corrisponde alla descrizione e non vengono forniti i servizi indicati: -la vista sul giardino è su un muro bianco -LA CAMERA NON È MAI STATA PULITA IN 4 GIORNI DI SOGGIORNO altro che pulizia giornaliera e ovviamente gli asciugamani non sono mai stati cambiati -la camera presenta notevoli problemi di umidità, in bagno la carta da parati è gonfia ed è staccata dal muro, il pavimento in legno della camera è rotto e gonfio in alcune zone -Non sono presenti i servizi indicati, non c'è un frigorifero, non c'è una scrivania, il set di cortesia era aperto e usato, non c'era un asciugacapelli e quando l'ho richiesto mi ha risposto che doveva pagarlo. Sono riuscita ad ottenerlo solo insistendo che era compreso nei servizi della camera e dopo avermi fatto parlare al telefono con quanlcuno che parlava inglese. -non ci sono ganci per appendere gli asciugamani -mettono musica in giardino dalla 9 di mattina e a volte fino alle 11 di sera -c'è un enorme traliccio della corrente sotto cui coltivano un orto... Le uniche cose positive nel soggiorno sono state la colazione turca molto buona e il letto comodo.

İşletme sahibi ve çalışanların o kadar suratsızlarki , sanki paramızla değilde bedava konaklamaya geldik ,güleryüz kesinlikle yok, kahvaltıları bebat, 1 kişilik kahvaltıyı 4 kişiye bölerek veriyorlar, köfte siparişimde 3 köfteyi 2 ye bölerek servis ettiler 😀 inanılmaz pinti bir işletme, kesinlikle önermiyorum

Duş başlığı elimizde kaldı, yataklar konforsuz

Konum olarak alacatı çarşıya 15-20 dk yürüme mesafesinde sessiz sakin bir yer. Bence hizmet kalitesi de gayet iyi. Çaylar ücretsiz ve temizlik iyiydi. Hataydan depremzede bir çift işletiyormus. Çok tatlılar. Ama otelin yatakları çok eski be konforsuz hatta duş başlığı elimizde kaldı. Bu fiyata daha iyisini bulursunuz. Havuz başı güzel ama butik otel ve sakin.
