Year round getaway! Be as active as you want or just relax and enjoy the views with your family or group of up to 8 from our 3 BR Sunridge condo in Seven Springs.

Enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 down, 1 up), 3 full tub/shower combo baths, 2 sleeper sofas, full size in unit washer/dryer, kitchen with everything you need such as coffeemakers ( drip and k-cup), toaster, blender, all dish and glassware, etc. Dining table seats 6-8, kitchen island seats 4, Living room with views of mountains and trees has large L sofa and full size sleeper sofa.

Downstairs Master Bedroom has Queen bed and bath, 2nd bed downstairs has two bunk beds (4 twin) and bath that opens from BR or foyer/living room. Upstairs, you'll love the privacy of the Queen bed and bath with great sunrise views across the treetops and mountain. All bedrooms have blinds for sleeping. The loft upstairs has a full size sleeper sofa to allow for 2 more guests.

The condo is located right on Village trail allowing you to ski/board/hike right from the unit. There are many fantastic activities year round at the resort and nearby. In winter, enjoy skiing, boarding, snow tubing, take advantage of on site restaurants or the Trillium spa or just relax in the comfortable and spacious condo. In warmer months, you'll love to hike enjoying the cool mountain air, relax on our deck or enjoy the incredible variety of Seven Springs activities such as swimming, tennis, golf, sporting clays, 50 foot tower climb, rock wall climb, Alpine slide, paddle boats, fishing, motocross cycling, bowling, mini golf, arcade games and much more. Nearby, take advantage of Frank Lloyd Wright's iconic Falling Water, squeal in delight as you slide down the natural water slide at Ohiopyle State Park, ride bikes on the Great Allegheny Passage, take the kids to Idlewild and Soak Zone for adventure and fun, go white water rafting or kayaking, enjoy area restaurants and other parks, visit the town of Confluence where the rivers list goes on!

An older condo and a little outdated but new appliances and updated decor was added since last year. This was perfect for our family. No issues with check in and host responded quickly. She has went above most host by stocking the home with all the essentials so no extra packing or trips down the mountain. Our family loved the accomodations and we plan on returning.

Great location on Village Trail for ski/in out. Have stayed here multiple times over the last two years, great place, perfect for two families of four. The 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 2 sets of bunk beds sleeps 8 comfortably! Will continue staying here!

The house was better than expected and the little touches made all the difference. Not only was the house very clean and match the listing really well but we were pleasantly surprised to see all the starter supplies and “oops I forgot”(coffee filter, foil wrap, pens, small toys, puzzles) supplies too. Communication with the owner was easy and responsive. If the weather would have cooperated, it would have been ski in and out but our stay included unseasonably high temps so no snow for us. Either way, we’d stay here again and would hope for some great skiing next time!

Perfect place, would book again!
This condo is located right along the Village Trail. Even with the unseasonably warm winter this year, we were mostly able to ski in/out. The bunk bed room was great for the kids, the condo was well stocked, the ski locker was super convenient, and the lodge shuttle service ran beautifully. We truly couldn't have asked for more - thank you so much!

First thought when entering house, very spacious, we had 4 adults and 2 small kids and it was plenty of space. Additionally, i didn’t think it would be something you would appreciate, but we all agreed the number of hooks to hang and dry your gear after snowboarding was amazing! We booked end of January, so the trail behind the house was closed. However, to get to the connecting trail that was open, was an easy 4 min walk. Which is extremely convenient! House had all the pots and pans to cook what is needed. Loved it and will highly recommend to anyone!

Great townhome at Seven Springs Resort. Our family enjoyed being up on the mountain overlooking the ski resort. Unfortunately, the slopes for the ski in/out were closed but if they were the slope is literally in the back yard. The place was a good for kids and a multi family group. It came with all the necessary supplies. It make for a great getaway!

Amazing early winter stay
We had an amazing time in the opening weeks of the ski season! The property is perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes and had everything we needed. The ski in/ski out aspect was not available to us because of a lack of snow, but our stay was great nonetheless. Highly recommend!

Great Place for Being Together
We had a great visit! We were here for our family reunion, many units were rented by other family members. We got a chance to see other units, and for our taste, this unit was the best we saw in person. The features that allow us to give it this high rating are: 1) very open and spacious in the living area making it easy to move around when people are visiting, 2) a very well appointed/outfitted kitchen, and 3) well maintained and out fitted. This would be our first choice if we come back again.

Great President’s Day Weekend
Two families equalling 9 had a great stay here. The loft upstairs was a bit tight for the two teenagers, so they camped out on the couch on the main level. A perfect location for my family of skiers, as they were able to hop right on the trail at 9, come in for lunch, go out again until dinner, and then even a little night skiing. Looking forward to staying here again next year!
