I’m in Sioux Falls for work a lot and this hotel is definitely my favorite. Great restaurant on site, Starbucks, and walking distance to all of the good charm of downtown Sioux Falls
Great downtown location with the river & trail just below the hotel, a fantastic restaurant within the hotel (CRAVE), and Starbucks also located on the same property. It was quiet, the beds were very comfortable, and the hotel itself is very nice.
Our family had a great night at this location. We had a delicious dinner at the in hotel restaurant and appreciated having a Starbucks open when we left early the next morning. The hotel was clean and quiet, staff was friendly, and the location worked well for our travel route.
I absolutely convinced Paris Hilton would not have stayed here. Very limited parking. Restaurant that was so noisy you couldn't even talk to your companion. Furniture that was old. Sofa that squeaked every time you sat down. No TV guide. Sheets that didn't fit the bed. We had reserved a king bed got a queen. Kindergarten sized toilet. No grab bars in shower. Exit stairs on our floor was blocked off with yellow tape. Must I go on.
Crave Restaurant was excellent and wonderful service. Front desk staff very efficient and courteous. A great place to staff.

Overbooked-- Had upgraded room with river view booked and they sent me to holiday inn with a room not even comparable-- no compensation.. Very disappointed
Overall, a nice hotel with friendly people who work there. Excellent location on the riverfront. The only thing I noticed is the furniture in the rooms was pretty worn out. The mattress was comfortable though would stay here again.
