Elegant and new hotel. However, most of the staffs were either very cold or very awkward in the way they attend their services. They appear in need of training to work in a classy hotel such as St Regis.

No room upon arrival at 12:45pm, and the reception told us to wait for 40 mins so we went out to have a quick lunch. We ended up waiting for 2 hours to get into the room. Also butler services didn't help at all. No replies/ very slow replies from wechat, and eventually we had to go downstairs to pick up our own food delivery. We waited for 40 minutes for the butler to reply.
