Villa Lake & Sea as the name suggests lies between the lake and the sea in a beautiful village of Ternasas, Akrotiri, Chania within walking distance to the secluded sandy, turquoise waters sea cove and nearby taverna. The 3-floor, 250 sqm 5 bedroom & 4 bathroom villa comfortably accommodates 10 guests in beds with 2 additional guests accommodated in the family room sofa. The amenities of the villa include a large heated pool, charcoal BBQ area, ping pong and large outdoor gazebo. What Etouri loves about the villa: It is a perfect villa for the group of adult couples and families with small children. The sea cove is protected from strong winds making sunbathing and swimming activities enjoyable. It is conveniently located in the Akrotiri, Chania area which allows for easy access to the world famous beaches as well as visiting the Old Town of Chania, a popular tourist attraction destination.
Layout
Ground Floor
The villa design incorporates a distinctive curved frontal aspect and natural stone. From the entrance the guests are welcomed in a joint space which includes: kitchen, living & dining areas. The full size stainless steel appliance kitchen offers all kitchen essentials for in house dining including an indoor dining table for 8 people. An access to a terrace that leads down to the pool area is available on the ground floor.
The living area features a comfortable sofa, fireplace, heated floors, a bluetooth speaker, PS4 and scenic views to the garden and sea. Large glass balcony doors provide ample lighting and easy access to the outdoor veranda with the dining table that overlooks the pool areas and the sea. Stairs from the veranda lead down to the pool and the outdoor garden areas of the villa.
A queen size bedroom (1,80 x 2,00) is also available on the ground floor, featuring closet space, A/C and a balcony terrace with a garden view. The bedroom has an adjacent bathroom with a shower which is also a shared bathroom on the ground floor.
First floor
On the first floor guests can find 2 more bedrooms. A bedrooms with a King size bed (1,60 x 2,00), offering a walk-in closet, A/C and access to a large veranda equipped with outdoor furniture. The en-suite bathroom includes a bidet, shower as well as his & hers sinks. The other bedroom also featuresa King size bed (1,60 x 2,00), closet space, A/C and a balcony. The en-suite bathroom includes a shower stall.
Lower Floor
On the lower floor of the Villa guests can find a family room including a TV, ping pong table and a pull out sofa for 2 additional guests. The fourth bathroom with a shower is found on this floor and is shared between the two bedrooms as well as the family room. The 4th and 5th bedroom both have King size beds (1,60 x 2,00), A/C units, closet space and direct access to the garden and outdoor amenities of the villa. Finally, a utility room with a washing machine, a garage and storage area as well as Parking space for up to 3 cars are available on the premises.
The outdoor amenities of Lake & Sea Villa include:
- A private, ecological 52 sq.m. pool with salt electrolysis system. The pool can also be heated upon request for the entire stay, with an additional daily charge.
