Niolos Villas consists of two autonomous villas located on a hill, overlooking the Souda bay and offering beautiful sea views.
Nestled on a hillside near the charming village of Sternes, the villa is just a 2-minute drive from the renowned sandy beaches of Marathi and Loutraki. Its elevated position grants breathtaking views over Souda Bay, offering guests an unforgettable setting for relaxation and enjoyment.
The interior design of our luxury villa is modern and its layout is functional, offering privacy within your group. Villa Niolos I is 180sq.m and can accommodate 7 guests in beds and up to 8 people if necessary.
Ground Floor
Entering the villa on the ground floor, you will find a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area. The living room features a large sofa, a 40" HDTV, a DVD Player, and a PlayStation 3, to enjoy all the fun. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making a self-catered holiday seem effortless while the dining table can comfortably seat up to 8 guests.
This area also features a bathroom with a stand-up shower and a storage closet for added convenience.
First Floor
Ascending to the first floor, you will find two bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00), which can be formed into two twin-size beds, upon request. This bedroom also features a self-controlled A/C, a closet, and an orthopedic mattress, ensuring a restful nights sleep. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy the panoramic views of the sea and surrounding area.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a twin-size bed (0,90 x 2,00). This bedroom also features a self-controlled A/C, a closet, and an orthopedic mattress, ensuring a restful nights sleep. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy the panoramic views of the sea and surrounding area.
The first floor also features a bathroom that contains a bath with a shower.
Second Floor
The second floor features a spacious attic. This area includes a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), a closet room, a kitchenette with refrigerator, and a bathroom enclosure with shower and jacuzzi. There is also an exit to a private balcony.
Independent Studio
Situated just below the main villa, an independent studio opens directly onto the garden, providing a private and serene retreat. Inside, the studio features a welcoming open-plan layout with a cozy living area and a fully equipped kitchen. It also includes a well-appointed bathroom with a shower, as well as a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and ample storage space.
Outdoor area
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area of Villa Niolos I, filled with flowers and palm trees, offers amazing sea views, as well as a variety of facilities which include:
- A private, 50 sq. m. chlorine-free ecological swimming pool with a special compartment for children. The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge, upon request (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one-week advance notice).
- Fully equipped, gas barbecue facilities with wood oven and outdoor sink
- Outdoor dining areas
- Lawn-covered area by the pool, ideal for the kids to play
- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas, shaded outdoor living room, and hammocks) for relaxing in the gardens around the villa, the pool terrace, the veranda, and the balconies.
