Perfect for Traveling Professionals. This brand new bright studio apartment is available for 30 night minimum stays. This apartment has its own private entrance and is located in downtown Charleston. The building was completely renovated and showcases modern design & decor. There is one private off-street parking space included at no additional cost. Park your car and walk everywhere. Great location with quick access to surrounding areas.

The Space:
The studio features a Queen size bed, cozy sitting area, and a quiet workspace. The ensuite bathroom features a large tiled shower. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, double induction cooktop, toaster oven, keurig, and kitchen essentials for light cooking. Note that all 4 units have their own private entrance with keypad locks.

One off-street parking space is provided if guests have a vehicle. If not, Uber & Lyft are readily available in the area. Your best bet is to park your car, and walk, bike, or take an Uber or Lyft (5 minute ride to anywhere else downtown).

We had a most enjoyable stay from Jan 4 to Mar 4. If we had a problem the managers were right there to fix whatever the problem. It was a small space, but it was well planned out. On the negative side the bathroom left a lot to be desired. There was no door or curtain for the shower, so no matter how hard you tried the bathroom floor always got wet. There were no towel bars, only 1 hook to hold the towels. We purchased 2 others and put them next to the one that was there.The kitchen area was very compact but efficient. The walls were thin so you could hear your neighbors and obviously they could hear you.Overall we had a fabulous time exploring Charleston, and the apartment was close to most things we wanted to do. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay!!
