The floor was very dirty in my room. The bathroom door touches the door making it hard to navigate in the bathroom. The safety bar was missing in the tub, leaving a hole in the shower surround that just fills with water. You could here the steps of the person walking around in the room above you. Breakfast was good and the towels were the nicest towels I've ever felt.

Staff were friendly and responsive to our needs. When the ac thermostat malfunctioned, we were quickly relocated to another room. The hotel location is easy on and off of I-64.

Our first room was musty and moldy. When we asked for a second room, we received one but it smelled like a bathroom in there. We soon found out why as the toilet had little water pressure to flush. We had to ask for a plunger which had to be located in a different room since it was being used by several other guests for the same problem. Also, when checking in, they tried to collect an additional $100 deposit even though the card on file with Expedia handles that. Many customers were at the desk complaining about the double charge. Finally, at check out we were supposed to get a discounted rate due to the issues we had, but Expedia stated that because we prepaid for the room, no such refunds could be given - not sure if this is an issue between the hotel and Expedia but it should be corrected.

The photos on the website don't do the suites justice. There is a separate living room with TV, couch and chair and desk with office chair. The bedroom has 2 Queen beds with a TV. Both rooms have separate thermostats. The staff, especially the cleaning staff, were wonderful.

Not quite the level I expected from a Country Inn & Suites. Our beds were VERY hard, leading to a low quality sleep. Check in took a little long (but staff was wonderful).Very full and lots of teenage sports teams. Had some noise problems, but staff did address quickly. Elevator was extremely slow and stalled on us once. Had a beeping smoke alarm that I had to figure out was actually an old one stuck in the drop-down ceiling. Totally bizarre and can't really blame staff for that, but glad I figured it out or we would not have been able to sleep. Probably won't return here in the future.

The property was ok. It was not worth the inflated cost for whatever was going on in the area. One of the towels had a stain on it(hopefully just didn't come out in the wash) which I didn't notice till I was already drying off with it. There was no stopper in the bathtub and bathtub filled up with about 2 inches of water with normal shower
