Have stayed here before. Clean hotel with very friendly employees. Area right at the hotel is fine but the Surrounding area saturated with hotels, gravel empty lots and closed businesses.

Whenever I come to Beckley I stay here. It has the right blend of hotel vs home. The staff are always very kind.

I paid For two queen rooms and on the same floor or next to each other because I was traveling with family with kids. I arrived at the hotel after nine. The man behind the counter he couldn’t tell he worked there because he was just in a concert T-shirt. He gave me the keys to the room. One was on the second floor and one was on the third floor. I told him I wanted them next to each other or on the same floor, do nothing about it because they were packed. He told me it was a queen room and the other one was a king room. There is nothing they could do because all the rooms are already filled. My grandchildren were happy to see the pool was open till midnight . But we went down to the pool. There were adults in there. They were acting like fools throwing balls. So we walked out. I will never return to this facility again.

The property was adequate for a brief stay. The bed was comfortable. The fitness center equipment was limited/media was not functional. It was very pet friendly which was so nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Although appearing in a rundown area right outside of the city, this hotel was wonderful for our family of four. We always felt safe and very quiet both inside and outside. The staff was one of the nicest - from the front desk to those changing trash bins. Lobby coffee was freshened with a smile at ten at night when asked! Breakfast area was large, clean, and stocked. Subway, fast food, dollar store, Gabe’s, and Kroger if needed. Charleston easy ten minute drive. We would stay again for sure!!

I’m not one that writes reviews BUT in this case I’m going to. The staff was very friendly that is about the only positive. Our room smelled, we had no toilet paper, the air conditioner did not work well, toilet wouldn’t flush, my husband had to fix the chain in the toilet and it was rigged with parts that were not even that model. There a motel next door that had some questionable people staying there. There were people out on the street that looked to be on drugs. I did NOT feel safe staying here. We payed 160.00 for the night this is by far a place that should not be more than $50 a night. Do not let the pictures fool you online or the reviews.

Staff very very friendly no complaints about them they were all amazing, breakfast was great! Overall environment though need improvement. hallways smelled like cigarette residue, carpets, rooms in general didnt seem very clean (maybe cause its an older build). Amazing staff but building needs a renovation.

Great stay - loved the property. Only thing was that the door to our room stuck so that we had to really push to open it & then it wouldnt close, so we had to make sure to push it closed. The thimb lock wouldnt engage, but the other lock was ok, otherwise we would have asked to switch rooms. But the breakfast was nice & the staff was nice.
