Liked location. Lobby mens room out of soap for two days . Our room desk chair had some brown stains. The bed is in the wrong area which was odd. Room key cards did not work on outside entrances so was locked out three times in twenty degrees… brrrr

Not too bad

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and it’s usually great. But the pull out seemed stained by icing when we opened it. And the water spout in case of a fire in the bathroom seemed to be covered by toilet paper. Looked like there was exposure so someone might of tried covering it. Other than that, we love staying there and love the food choices near that area.

The hotel was fine enough..the bed was comfortable. A generally forgettable experience. The shower was not cleaned- still had razor gel with hair stuck in it on the shower ledge. Boo.

Newly renovated although the sink water handle was a impossible to use, and could not turn it to hot or cold, terrible design., The shower design left you standing in the cold while showering and water all over floor..

I had a wonderful stay, everything was in order. I wish you would have had security cameras on the parking lot as my car got hit on Friday night Saturday early morning and can’t report it to the authorities, so I am now responsible for it.
