The parking garage is very shady. No security at all, with homeless people walking all over the area. And you have to walk down to the fitsy floor to access the hotel.

The check in was quick, but she didn’t tell us there was no connection from the parking ramp to the hotel and only one side had a door that would open with the card. The Peter, shuttle driver, was fantastic and would stay at this hotel again just to see Peter!

Frustrated because when we checked in they tried to have us switch to a different room than what I booked - was able to keep the same number of beds but still didn’t get the type of room I reserved Hotel was way oversold and everything was too busy to use any amenities or even have a drink at managers reception Staff at breakfast was lovely
