Was not a fan of the condition of the property, the whining noise made by the fridge in the room, the fact we were put next to the elevator when it was broken and didn’t go to the fourth floor so everybody had to get out on the third floor, where they put us and walk up to the fourth. We had noise all night and hearing people complaining about having to carry bags up the stairs. We were also given two free drink tickets when we checked in at four, but then when we went down to use them the place closed at seven. Nobody the front desk told us we needed to be down there right away or wouldn’t be able to use when we were leaving the next morning. Finally, when we tried leaving the parking pass, wouldn’t let us out And the staff treat us like we were stupid and we did something wrong only to go back for it not to work again and I have to come back a third time Kevin employee ride in our car to let us out of the gate. Overall, the property look nice, but we weren’t there very long and the time we were, there was not very good.

Visiting our son in Charleston, I found this property to have a great location and was reasonably priced. Upon arrival we found that the elevators were not working and our room was on the 3rd floor. Not a deal killers, it’s always great getting my steps in. Rooms were clean and well appointed, however I like to sit outside by the water and enjoy my coffee in the morning. However, the deck was trashed with garbage and drinks from the night before. Staff should have cleaned up before leaving for the night. Other than these issues it was a nice place. Love the ice cream each day!

Both elevators did not work. Pool was empty even though charged $40 resort fee. Safe did not work. Room 234 is more of a garden view. Paid for a view of the harbor. On the plus side. Shuttle to historic district a real plus. Easy beautiful walk to Yorktown. Easy drive to Sullivan Island and the beach.

I paid $600 for a king harbor view with a balcony. When I arrived the elevator didn’t work the entire trip but they were nice enough to bring my bags up.. I get to the room and my view was a roof and a pool that was under construction with no balcony just a door that opened. There was hair in the tub. The second night the entire floor smelled like raw sewage the whole night and day. It was so horrid and I couldn’t even relax in the room because of it. You still smelled it the next day. I booked this room and splurged thinking it was a nice hotel but it was not at all worth the money. One positive thing the staff is amazing from the check in staff to the bartenders and the cleaning staff I have no complaints there..

Good location by the harbour and nice views. Liked the downtown shuttle and the brochures, free daily ice cream and the coffee was excellent! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Didn’t like the paper thin walls - could hear everything and everyone.

Beautiful property with great views of the harbor and sunset. We enjoyed the pool area. We also liked the water taxi access and overall the property. The WiFi service was terrible though and the staff was poor during check-in. We had to request some things for the room that should be standard in a hotel.

Pretty Good.
Great Stay. Bar was a little lacking. 10 bucks for a draft beer in a plasic cup. It also lacked any real ambience. Great fire pit. Beach front and a pool. Overall. Pretty Good. There is the 150 resort fee added onto room cost that is not shown on hotel.com app.
