Stay was cool,had a little smoke smell but it. Was so clean and comfortable that the smoke wasn't a issue. I recommend everyone should stay at the hyatt,they have a new client from me....

The room was nice and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was just okay. The main complaint is how noisy the road traffic is. You definitely need some kind of sound machine or app on your phone to drown out the traffic noise. The hotel was in a convenient location, but the traffic everday on I26 was horrible. At 3:00 in the afternoon it took 30 minutes to go 6 miles.

My wife and I only stayed for one night but our stay was good. The room was spacious, clean and very welcoming. The service from the staff was very welcoming as well. We'll definitely come again. The only thing we're not crazy about is the location but other than that it's cool.

I like everything the only problem we had was the fan in the restroom didn't work didnt afect our stay but just so they could fix this also we wanted some water and didn't see any water fountain.
