This was my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was ok, but this time was bad. First the check in process was bad, the front desk clerk gave me room that the door lock did not work, so i had to go back up there. Than he rekeyed the keys after i told him the door lock on the door is not working. Went back for a third time, asked for my money back so i could go somewhere else,now he has another room to give me. Check out morning, went to just get something to drink from the breakfast area and this black old lady with short blonde hair was very rude. All i asked was there anything to drink other than coffee. Very rude and mean. I definitely will think twice about staying here again!!!

The rooms were renovated but not properly. Bed base was broken and the sheets were stained Few of the outlets were broken, not working one of the light was not working. The bath tub had construction stains still. Will try not to stay there

We stayed our first night in Charleston at La quita and loved it so much that we booked another night last night. I can't say enough about the location is wonderful, highly recommended. Reasonable price, excellent service, wonderful location, beautiful, thank you. Great views

Location of The hotel is good, but The hotel stay was not up to our standard, we had to go through 3 rooms, first room really noisy and run down, second room still run down and tv did not work ( both rooms in the second building) the third room at the main building better but not great. We will absolutely not be back

at check in was stated card wouldn’t be charged for incidentals (which we didn’t mind that it did but being told it won’t and then getting a charge is very frustrating if you as an employee don’t even know what is happening.) and then was charged $71.87??? it was released the next day at 10am after checking out at 6am… BUT at noon when we were already back in another state it attempted to charge again for the $71.87 and when contacting the property regarding it the desk attendant was extremely rude about it and never explained why it was charged again and abruptly hung up on me. the room looked nice on first inspection but the beds were so cheap and uncomfortable not very clean and sheets had hairs and like clothing fuzz on the sheets, no food aside from one restaurant that opened at 5pm in the area and heard a lady all night outside screaming.

Honestly, this was a fantastic place location. Wise you can't beat it. Absolutely wonderful. Beautiful spot, very convenient, easy to get to easy to get from totally safe and the rooms were great. No complaints whatsoever will definitely go back there. When I go back to visit charleston

Best thing about this stay was the location. The room was unkempt and in need of routine maintenance. The sheets were stained and fixtures dirty and rusty. The bathroom was in sad shape. The toilet bowl filled so high with water that you could not sit on it without getting your junk wet! There was no exhaust fan and maintenance was non existent. The WIFI kept going on and off and was off more than on, couldn’t even send an email! The staff was uncaring regarding this issue. Overall, I will make sure I read the reviews before booking, as this location was sub par at best. Will not stay here in the future!
