All is well at La Quinta Inn, as is always the case . We like where the area where they are located in any town or city when we travel. In my case , I need to be close to a VA hospital as I generally have multiple appointments, LA Quinta is usually close by

The property was not well-kept. There was no housekeeping during our 3-night stay. We were told that staff could not enter the room to service due to COVID, so our bed was never changed, and we had to see the front desk for clean towels. The breakfast not great. The eggs were just awful, and the coffee was cold. We will never stay at another Wyndham property.

It was pretty clean. It just needs some updates and a decent handyman. We had a hole in our shower. For what Wyndham charges. It should be well put together. Location was convenient to Downtown Charleston.

The staff that I interacted with on the property were very polite and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel seem to be very detailed. However, the condition of the property lacks some polishing touches such as painted tubs windows, not able to see out of broken latches on doors all very minor And easy to fix

I arrived at 11:00pm and checked in with a friendly employee. When I arrived at my room I was disappointed to find that I did not have a queen sized bed as reserved. When I woke up and went outside, I noticed all the signs telling you to pay for parking. This was not mentioned and check-in to me and having driven from New Orleans, I was too tired to notice any signs. Luckily I was not given a ticket.
