The receptionists when we checked in and out were both pleasant and helpful. The rooms are supposed to be smoke free but ours smelled like someone had been smoking in it. When the neighbors would be smoking outside the AC unit would draw it into the room. There were also dead bugs all over the room (bathroom, tv table, floor between the beds, etc).
The young lady at the desk was amazing. She was as helpful as she could be. That said, this property was run down. Our door wouldn’t unlock from the outside. She had to open our door for us when we first arrived bc the the key maker wouldn’t work correctly.
Television was supposed to have closed caption it didn't and I am deaf. Couldn't get a hold of anybody in the at the front desk when I needed them in the evening. There was no toilet paper in my room!
The room was extremely clean and in wonderful shape. The front office clerks were absolutely sweet and amazing and very welcoming and made me feel safe and secure considering I am a transgender woman proudly and that I feel that I could sleep and rest comfortably without no worries here at this establishment.
We stopped here for one night on a trip to Charlotte. The property is dirty. For $100 a night, I would expect at least a clean ice bucket and a roll of toilet paper. The comforter has a cigarette hole in it, and the room is old and gross. Do not recommend.

It was apparent they were way understaffed. The young lady on duty was doing everything, cleaning rooms, answering calls, checking people in and out. The property needs some repair, paint, bathroom upgrade etc... the parking lot and driveway need repair.
