This was a rat hole very unclean no towels water on floor stolen rcho dot and 10 days later they have not posted a refund. In safe area homeless scattered about. Do not go here and do not bring a family here, its a rat hole.

Overall very dirty. The room had only one set of towels, and the towels were not in good conditions. I would not recommend this hotel.

Man at the desk was super rude, asked if he could match the price on Expedia to which he said no and went on and on about how there were probably hidden fees through Expedia. (There is not, I use them all the time.) So I booked with Expedia since it was cheaper. Then after the stay the deposit was never returned. I had to dispute it with my bank to get it back.

The hotel was in a very congested area, the hotel wasn’t very clean, the guy that welcomed us was very friendly and had a good sense of humor but it went downhill from there. The air conditioner was loud and would go off and on every 5 minutes and wake us up. We didn’t notice that when we went to take a shower the next morning that there was only one towel, and no conditioner. When I called the front desk they said I had to come get more towels if we need them. When my husband went to get them, the guy kept looking around the corner at him and then finally brought the towel. He asked for some conditioner and he said we aren’t required to supply that but we have some you can buy. They were VERY rude and defensive instead of worried about giving us a good experience. I do not suggest you stay here. The guy that checked us in, Anthony, should be running the hotel, it needs new owners!

We rented this room last minute because the first place we rented was horrible and we turned right around and left. This room was in better condition than the first but still had room for improvement. Was glad they had availability.
