This home has been outfitted to sleep 8, but with enough space and function for up to 8 people to enjoy spending free time connecting with those around them.

Having two spacious common areas gives larger groups the flexibility they need. Relax in the open and inviting living room with plenty of comfortable seating, flat screen and tv/cable, or play games in the great room on the lower level.

Preparing a tasty meal has never been more fun in this kitchen with all of your basic cooking needs, stainless steel appliances, toaster oven, pots/pans, plates/bowls, and utensils. The open floor plan allows you to interact with everyone in the great room without missing a beat. Then enjoy meals at the large dining table.

South Park Mall is one of the main attractions of the area and is only a 4 minute drive. Little Sugar Creek Greenway is 1.4 miles away featuring several hiking trails for all ages.

The home is friendly to both pets and small children, pending they are house trained :). Unfortunately we do NOT allow cats. Any pets MUST be approved, requiring a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet to be paid prior to check-in. Any unapproved pets will result in a $250 fine. If pets will be in the property over 1 week, MyTripify reserves the right to require guests to purchase travel insurance.
