overall, the hotel was not bad for a one night stay however the shuttle driver literally pulled off at 5:59 because he couldn’t wait one minute until my husband comes down.. The convenient of staying at the hotel for the airport shuttle was pointless since we had to take am Uber so as to not miss our flight. we were not the only guest several guest were on the way down the shuttle left empty what a shame

Stayed here, due to cancelled flight. NEVER again!
Only stayed here because flight got cancelled. One shuttle running a 30 minute loop for three hotels. Hotel pictures were deceptive. Run down. Stinky room. Terrible pillows. Dusty, loud bathroom fan. AC was cold but loud. Tenets were extremely loud. Family got put in a handicap-accessible room... we're not handicap. Advertised "queen" beds... and they were maybe "full"... maybe??? No USB plugs. Hotel was extremely crowded, but the airport was also a zoo... with hundreds of flights cancelled. Shuttle service back to the airport the next day was overbooked and not available, and LYFT cost me $38, to get back to the airport after four hours of "attempted sleep." No breakfast. In desperation... I overpaid for this room. We not stay again.

The place has a cockroach infestation, there was mold in the bathroom, the lights keep turning off. The carpets are sticky, the front desk person was super nice, she deserves to work at a better place. This place shouldn’t even be open, it was so dirty and disgusting I couldn’t even take a shower and I left way early.

Horrible. Only stay here out of desperation like we did. A/C wouldn’t cool below 80, bathroom light wouldn’t stay on, holes punched in the walls, shower wouldn’t turn off, no hand soap or shampoo. Questionable activities happening in the hotel as well. Gross.

Staff were helpful & friendly. I Had a late Night short stay as a result of a canceled flight. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The only problem I had was waiting over 45 minutes for the shuttle. Other hotels seem to have had more shuttles running.

I enjoyed that this hotel was not too far from the Charlotte Convention center - about a 10 minute drive. The beds were comfortable, clean shower, internet connection, and cable tv. It was great that the room had a small microwave and mini fridge. The downsides were the view of a gentleman’s club and adult game room from our window. It wasn’t the best area for families. Also, the ventilation in the building was not the greatest. The halls were rather warm and stuffy. Fortunately, our room ventilation was fair. The towels also appeared unclean so we were not able to use them. Overall, the staff was generally welcoming and got us checked in quickly. Would recommend for a short stay.

I stayed 2 nights because of delayed and ca,celled flights. Several things were distressing. 1. Nobody at the desk answered the phone and their expedia confirnation said no late checkin. Considering i didnt make the reservation until 11:45Pm from the aitrport, i found this distrssing. Expedia must have had a different phone number because they reached them and assured me that i the desk would be attended when i arrived. 2.the laundry machines takes only quarters and the front desk didnt have any change so i had to qear the same unwashed clothes [luggage missing.p They should have change. 3. Area around the hotel had a strip club, a takeout jamican place open at 2 PM. No other restaurants until 5PM. Walked by some drug users going to the gas station/ mini mart. 4. The hotel was rundown for its age On the plus side, the staff was personable

Very average hotel. Good for one night, but pretty bare bones and probably in need of updates. Some staff very nice, other staff almost rude. Definitely overrated on Expedia. Sheets super thin, huge gap between door and frame, A/C very loud, outside noise loud as well. We were on the first floor.
