This was our first time staying at Drury Inn and Suites and we were very pleased with the facility. The facility was clean, staff were friendly, the pool and hot tub were great and clean, the rooms were clean and the food was great. Popcorn hours were icing on top of the cake! We will definitely return!!!

Upon checking in we found out that they offered a complimentary dinner option which was great since our son was complaining that he was hungry. They also had complimentary drinks for the adults. There is also a complimentary breakfast. The room is very nice and the bathroom is one of the nicer ones we've seen.

There's no better stay for this price — or higher!

Thanks to the staff at Drury Charlotte-Arrowood, my request for an out-of-the-way room was honored. I got a restful night's sleep, plus a delicious breakfast the next morning. The staff were helpful and friendly, and every employee greeted me with a smile. I was greatly impressed, and I'll be sure to book this hotel for a future stay in Charlotte.

Perfect hotel

This hotel is beautiful, the staff is very attentive, the room is very comfortable and equipped with everything you need, the bed is comfortable, the room is very clean. They have a buffet breakfast, very good and the staff is very attentive, in the afternoon they have a very good buffet dinner, and drinks. It also has a jacuzzi and a very good pool. I recommend this hotel 100%, its service is excellent.

Dissapointed in Room Service

I was looking forward to our stay because of all the good reviews. Was disappointed in housekeeping services though. It seems they don’t come in and make up your bed or empty the trash and leave new towels unless you ask them too, if you are staying more than one night. I have NEVER stayed in a hotel that practiced that policy.
