A night on the town!
Good place to take two young grandchildren for a one night staycation. Pool nice and the free breakfast was excellent. Two negatives: room cards did not initially work in elevator. Valet parking was pricey ($45 for one night).

Ron (pretty sure that was his name) at the desk when I checked out was very helpful and professional. Can't remember the young lady working when I checked in but she was also. The bartenders were super nice and enjoyed the free drinks on one night while I was there. The valet guys were helpful, especially the one that helped me load my car at checkout Friday around 11am. My grandson was having surgery at Presbyterian so this was an excellent location for us to have easy access back and forth to the hospital and feel safe coming and going at all hours of the day and night!

I won’t be visiting ever again .
I didn’t have a good stay at all . The bed was so horrible . I couldn’t get another room at all. My back was hurting the whole stay all . I was offered was points that’s it . I didn’t know it was valet parking until I got to the check in . That was a fee of $45 per night and while leaving my vehicle was parked on the street . I told Representative i had a service dog was still charged $75 pet fee .

Great place to stay. In the middle of everything. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. City view was decent from the room and I was on the 8th floor. Having to vallet or walk about a block was annoying. I would stay at this hoteln again for sure

Overall great stay
We had an amazing experience checking in to the hotel. We were able to check in early and received upgrades to our room! Ron and Desmond were extremely helpful to myself and other family members checking into the hotel. I highly recommend staying here! It is clean, has a full bar, and breakfast that we definitely were satisfied with!

This was our first time staying in Embassy Suites during this trip, and I have to say: I love it so much! First of all, the hotel's location is wonderful! It faces the NASCAR Hall of Fame. Around the hotel, there are many restaurants, shops, museums, and parks to visit. The front desk lady was very friendly, patient, and efficient. The room was clean, cozy, and spacious. I like the brand of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I like the large king bed with a comfortable pillow and mattress. My kid enjoyed watching Netflix at night to relax. We also like the breakfast buffet, which has a lot of choices and tastes awesome.
