Upon check in I was given a key to a room that was already occupied. I heard a tv or I would have walked in on someone (scary). I knocked and sure enough people were in there. I was alone and shudder to think if someone would have walked in on me. This should NEVER happen. The next morning I had house keeping try to come in on me at 9:30 in the morning. Check out is not until 11:00. Two incidents and at least one was a security risk. The facility and room were fine.

We were on the first floor, and every time we turned on the heater unit, a bad mold smell came out. Also, the walls between the rooms were very thin noise-wise, at least on the first floor.

They come up showing to be at less than 4miles away from the airport and providing a shuttle service. Once you book they're shuttle doesn’t comes to the airport. Is a complete mislead and dont process refunds neither does expedia! Awful customer service

Great place to stay for the Nascar race. The rooms are very clean and roomy. They have a welcome reception about every night, with lots of good food. Lots of restaurants around within walking distance.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. The floor of the room was wet like you could feel it if you were barefooted. The room smelled horrible like must like the carpet had been wet for a while. Had I had another option I would have left but everything was sold out. I will say the front desk person did her best by bringing in a fan to try and dry the carpet and spraying a whole can of febreeze but outside of her it was a horrible experience.
