Given its location near the CLT airport, an important appeal is the availability of an airport shuttle. However, at peak times, there can be a considerable wait (in frigid) conditions; they should consider having a second shuttle available. In my recent experience, I and others waited some 45 minutes in 25 degrees. In the morning, I ordered the "American Breakfast" with buffet: Initially, I as greeted and seated but once my order was placed, restaurant staff was extremely negligent. My order of scrambled eggs and bacon clearly sat under the heat lamp for at least 10 minutes while they stood around chatting with each other.
