We were greeted with "Welcome Home" when we came to check in, and all staff that we encountered thereafter, treated us as such........like family, just coming home. We have never been treated this way in any hotel, ever. It was very heartwarming!!

Hotel was very nice and neighborhood was easily accessible to many different things. The inside was nice and looked great. No real issues other than hearing other rooms or occasional homeless person walking through the parking lot.

Although the property was clean and the staff friendly, I found my room to be dark and dreary despite the weather being clear outside. I was abruptly awakened at night by guests in the room door next to mine (apparently the hotel walls need better soundproofing).

The breakfast buffet was adequate, but we waited a long time before finding someone to request bowls for the oatmeal and refill of the coffee dispenser, which was empty by 8:15am
