Streaming does not work!

Greeted with a less than welcoming host. He did not know or try to find out the information we asked (if the tv service included the SEC and BIG TEN networks. After much searching on the tv when we got to our room, we learned that you did not have the channels. We attempted to stream them through the phone but the qr code would not connect. We called the desk and were told that others had reported the same problem. Can’t be fixed until a work order is sent tomorrow! And this during March Madness! We watched the game on our ipad.

Our stay was wonderful. The only issue was parking. Big trucks with trailers were allowed to take up multiple parking spaces and had to park on the other side of the next hotel. Otherwise would highly recommend.

Loud Traffic

If you don’t like the sound of interstate traffic stay somewhere else. It sounded like the high speed traffic was driving through our room. We were on the end just feet from the interstate and the blind did not close all the way so we also had headlights shining in all night. The room was nice and clean and new that’s why I gave it two stars. Otherwise it would have been 1.

Just meh.

Door to room was wide open upon our arrival- had to check to make sure nobody else was inside. Then, trying to get out early in the morning for our event, discovered no body wash in the shower - good thing I had my own since hotel doesn’t provide even a travel size bar soap. Disappointed.
