We loved our stay at the Hilton! We have stayed at other hiltons and have never had a bad experience! For this trip my husband and I encountered some extremely rude staff at the comedy show we went to, so it was so comforting and nerve calming when we came to the Hilton and had such nice people working there. We came down a little late for breakfast and a very kind lady was cleaning up, but let us get some food and made sure we got enough. They had already put the juice up, but the kind lady asked us what we would like went to the kitchen and made us both a cup of juice that we wanted. So 10/10 we will be coming back again! Amazing staff clean areas and it smelt very nice clean and new! Absolutely loved our stay!

Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet until constuction across the street began in the morning. Valet attendants and front desk staff were pleasant and professional. Overall a great experience.

Hotel was very clean and staff was nice. We slept terribly. The a/c stopped working in the middle of the night and I was pouring sweat. The bed was also not comfortable at all.

The walls are thin so neighbors can hear you and you can definitely hear the neighbors especially when talking loud/yelling on the phone in the wee hours of the morning

We enjoyed the hotel, stayed here to attend a concert at Spectrum arena which is a fairly short walk. The only negative I will say is we went down to the restaurant to get a bite to eat before heading to the concert and the service was not good. You had to go to the bar to order which we did. We stood there for about 4 minutes waiting on the bar tender to acknowledge us. He did look over at us and saw we were patiently waiting but never spoke to us and never came down to take our order so we left. This was a little troublesome as we had planned on eating there and didn't have a good backup plan. I understand if you are overly busy (which didn't appear to be the case) but you can still acknowledge us and let us know you'll be with us when you can. As opposed to looking at us several times only to ignore us. Other than this experience we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

This was the nicest Homewood Suites that I have ever stayed in. Huge bar and lounge area was very relaxing. Breakfast was wonderful with a very large sitting area, coffee bar, separate from the food choices. Valet parking was efficient and quick. My room was spacious and clean. I liked the layout of the room, couch, and kitchen. I will stay here again.

The perfect stay in Charlotte!
Our first time in Charlotte, and this property was perfect! The proximity to area restaurants and the Spectrum Center made our first visit very easy and enjoyable. Salma at the front desk is the epitome of hospitality! Everyone was helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was the icing on the cake!
