Found something at the bottom of my glass after I finished my drink. Mold or something on the shower bars. It would have been nice to have an extra blanket in the closet. The pillows and mattress were exceptional. It was the most comfortable night's sleep I've had in a very long time. Thank you. 😊

Renovation in progress!
Hotel lobby and common areas are currently being renovated. I am rehabbing an ACL reconstruction, and I booked the hotel because it had a fitness center with bikes and treadmills. There was no mention of renovation on hotels.com or Hyatt website.

The only reason why I couldn’t give 5 stars overall was because some of it was under construction. But staff couldn’t have been better, room was very clean & tidy. Breakfast was fine.

This stay was terrible. It was stinky and under construction. I had to go to the 5the floor to check in and they required you to do valet. Non of this was disclosed to me when booking originally.
