I have stayed there many times however now they have a policy of not valeting trucks!!! The guy at the valet called the manager about it and the manager wouldn’t even come down to look at what was going on. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I will not be going back.

This was a very nice hotel and the front desk staff Angel (not sure if I said that right) was super sweet and nice when I checked in. The restaurant located in the hotel was even better and convenient. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back to Charlotte. Cons: I never got housekeeping services not sure if it is because I stayed for two nights

During check in, hotel informed me that my reservation was cancelled, but did not disclose why or notify me in advance. Reservation was booked months in advance and received reminder emails about the booking days before arrival. No other rooms were available and zero assistance or care shown by hotel staff.
