No heat!!! I had a space heater to warm a bedroom and living area which did not allow for a great nights sleep. Maintenance had to te d twoce to no heat and wet carpet from hvac

Cold night
The first room they put us in did not have any heat. When I called to inform them, they came with two space heaters. By far, that night would be the coldest night of the year so far. They did end up changing rooms after some back and forth with the front desk.
