Friendly staff and clean updated hotel very close to the airport. I left items in my room accidentally and they went the extra mile to notify me and help me recover them. Would stay again whenever I visit charlotte!

Kind front desk and clean room. Easy parking and many restaurants nearby. They were kind enough to accommodate a late checkout. Wifi is not the best however.

Javier at check in was amazing. Hotel was very clean and close to the train station. Affordable too. Would definitely come back. Only issue was there was only one towel available in our room and we had a hard time turning the heat up in the room.

We were in town for a concert at the spectrum. Train was about a block and a half away, and it takes you right to the concert. Its about a 20min ride. Super friendly staff, and it was clean.

Javier at the front desk was excellent! Super friendly. Very helpful. The room itself was great! Really liked the separate living room area with a door to the bedroom. A few suggestions.... 1) The wifi didn't work in the room which created a few problems for us. 2) We couldn't get the Roku TV to work. 3) The ice machine was on the 6th floor (we were on the 2nd floor). 4) My wife really wanted to take a bath, but there was no drain stopper. :( The price was within our budget. Thank You.

The staff was phenomenal, but the place was very noisy and seemed unsafe. If you want good wifi or good amenities it its not the place to go. The staff was incredible and should be working at the four seasons, they were lovely. The builiding needs work and they are cheaper so I understand but they need to keep the rif-raf out. It was very hard to sleep
