The space
Start your business trip/vacation in a Brand NEW 2022 Built Morden designed GORGEOUS house with four bedrooms and 2.5 Bathrooms. Featuring an upgraded gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and bar seating. This open-concept floor plan features a spacious living area and dining area. With a fenced-in backyard with lights to have amazing intimate moments with family and friends and includes a gas grill and sitting area.
Bedroom #1 is the Master bedroom and has a Queen bed and a very large and modern bathroom. Also features a large walk-in closet. Bedrooms #2 and #3 both include 1 queen bed and the bathroom is nearby. Bedroom #4 is downstairs and doubles as a flex space with a queen-size memory foam pullout sofa and work desk. This house also has a queen-size memory foam pullout sofa in the living area!

+ Note: Do not send mail to the home. We recommend sending to a PO BOX locally or arranging some other pickup method for mail/packages.
These rules are in place to ensure you have a great stay while also adhering to the owner's rules and avoid disturbing our fellow neighbors. Please take the time to read these rules and share these with your guests.
+ 2 car driveway. Additional vehicles can park on the street in front of the house. Please do not block the neighbors driveways.
+ No parties, events, drug use, smoking of any kind in the property.
+ No extra guests not listed on the reservation.
+ Absolutely no pets are allowed
+ No shoes upstairs on the carpet, if there are stains on the carpet during post check out inspection the house rules will be withheld to pay for shampooing the carpet.
+ We are unable to accommodate early check in or late check out. Please plan your arrival and departure with this in mind
Please note by booking this property you are notified that the home has an external doorbell camera at the front door, that records audio and video and is on at all times. As well as as camera in the backyard, that records audio and video at all times. We have a noise monitor located on the ceiling in the living room/dining area. It does not record audio or video but reports the noise level in the home to help us prevent large gathering/parties.
