I checked-in late and left the next morning so it was a short stay. I was very pleased with everything, and the room and bathroom were clean and pretty. The bedding was very comfortable. I will surely be back with my next trip to Charlotte.

Good but with a Glitch
Everything was fine except for the air conditioner. Once on, it was good but when it shut off, the room got very warm. Even 'tho we turned the air to a lower temp, the room became very warm once the a/c turned off. The cool air did not last very long.

Found this property while driving down with to visit family. It was clean, no smells and friendly staff. It had a small pool we didn't use and it was right of the highway I-77. We would stay here again.

Great facility all around 0 complaints about cleanliness staff room all those were good. The only reason why there’s not a five star if I could’ve given them a 4 1/2 star I would have but the advertised amenity says free breakfast and well it was a little bit lackluster, you know what I’m still gonna give them five stars

Great property! Room was really nice. Beds were comfy. Clean room, sheets and carpet. Staff at front desk could have been a little friendlier. Acted annoyed when they had ro check us in. The breakfast host (male) we really nice. The bagel breakfast was great wand well stocked.

It was an ok stay. First the good: The room was nice there was a large 55 and television and it was clean with fresh linens. The bathroom was in great condition so it was obvious that the hotel has been renovated. The workout area was good as well similarly with a 55-in television. They had a decent amount of free weights and machines plenty of space to train. Overall not bad. Now the reason for 3 stars: staff was okay depending upon who you got at the front desk. Also the bagel bar was lackluster, the bananas for instance were overripened, the coffee was pretty bad, and in some cases depending upon the day neither the coffee or the hot water was hot enough as they were cases when I got lukewarm coffee and hot water for my tea. Furthermore while there is a refrigerator in the room there's no microwave. They're only two microwaves for the entire hotel in a small room where there are items for purchase. Overall if I had to choose between the other properties that were there I would not choose this one again. Nonetheless it's not bad for this day but do not expect to have certain amenities.
