Beautiful, new property. But the breakfast was not tasty and it lacked variety. Scrambled eggs were terrible. And I stayed at the hotel 3 times in the last 5 months. The reception desk was empty last time I stayed ther- I had to wait for somebody to come and check me in - it was around 6:30pm.

I would stay here again. New, clean, nice large shower, big screen TV, beautiful lobby, and nice hot breakfast. It would have been nice to have had coffee available in the room.

Hotel is new and well designed. The rooms are definitely suited for our more modern life styles. Gone is the useless dresser and in is a walll bench for suitcases and shoes. No closet either but there is a wall of hooks near the door for coats and backpacks. Beds were comfortable and the rear facing rooms are quiet. The lobby has lots of space to gather and a good selection of snacks to purchase. There was however an issue. The hotel couldn't honor several reservations in our party. It was not the fault of the front desk but it's more likely because of the high number of displaced from Hurricane Milton that are staying in the area long term during the clean up. Be sure to call ahead to make sure your reservation is still confirmed.

Front lobby was a mess - checked in at 8 pm the front customer service clerk was sitting down in the lobby scrolling - baseball teams running all over - adults smoking blunts on back patio - left my ID up front they can not tell me if they mailed it after talking to the same rude unhelpful person the first two days of the following week will make a trip back to get it . The breakfast was stale Customer service is the worst

My first day was good I arrived at 9am and could not get a room until 3pm however the front desk founde a room at 11am. I was double charged $100. deposit, but that would be rectified on check out. But there are no clocks or microwaves in the hotel and I asked the staff who was on the floor at the time could she clean my room she mads the remark there's only two of us? Now what the heck does that have to do with me? Then she said ok. Came back to my room quess what? MY FREAKING ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED! No clean towels or hand towels. This is why my rating is low and the day before I arrived, I spoke to John and asked is it possible to get a early check-in because sent a request two weeks ago and no response. He was not very helpful or friendly and told me to speak to a manager in the morning. Everyone has a different experience this was mine.

The property was clean & well maintained. Staff was friendly & helpful. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom spacious with a great shower. I also loved that you could actually see a well-organized program/channel listing on the TV. However, the building is very close to a busy road. Nothing but sirens, large trucks, & motorcycles ALL NIGHT. Perhaps this effect is less noticeable on the opposite side of the building. The worst part of the room was the bright, flashing, white light on the smoke detector, which would flash about every 10 seconds & was a cross between a flash of lightning & having a strobe light in the room. This made sleep virtually impossible. That is why I gave an “average” rating. It’s too bad, because other than that, this place was great.
