VERY disappointed
This was one of the worst overnight experiences we’ve had. Upon check in we noticed the smell of cigarettes in the hallway. We were told that there was a beverage machine (coffee, hot chocolate, espresso) for us to use and it was inoperable with no cups available. The TV in our living area was not working. We wiped up 4 pools of standing water in the bathroom. One of the legs on the bed fell off. The water never got hot and there were no toiletries available in the bathroom. The HVAC system never cycled off and the furniture looked dirty. There was a coffee maker in the room with no coffee pot and no courtesy supplies. The garage disposal turned on by itself and wouldn’t shut off we had to manually unplug it. THIS FACILITY SHOULD NOT BE MARKETED AS A HOTEL STAY. Perhaps as a longer term solution it could be better. We notified the front desk on our way out about several issues and we didn’t receive any real concern about the problems we encountered.

This is the first hotel that we have ever stayed at that had 2-3 bedroom options. I really enjoyed the ambiance. There was 2 things that did bother me and it was in the back hallway, there was trash and an odor in the stairway. Someone left a bag of trash on the second floor of the stairway. I also didn't care for the smell of marijuana in the elevator or in the stairway but I know nothing can be done about the smell. Other than that, we plan to make this our place to stay when visiting Charlotte. Also, we really enjoyed the lobby clerk when we checked in. I can't remember her name but she was so pleasant and funny. It was refreshing meeting someone who takes pride in their job and loves what they do! You can tell that she loves the establishment and really enjoys working in the field of hospitality.

wasn't aware it was a hotel and apartment housing. Not really the best situation for a business meeting. Lobby area had seating but was noisy, people milling about. Kids, people smoking everywhere. Room was ok, large, full kitchen, but for one night it was overkill. not much in the area for food choices.

Poor service overall
We showed up and there was no one at check in. No one answered calls made to the main number, and it was 40 minutes before anyone came to help. When we finally got a room, the hallway was sticky floors, trash scattered, and a musty smell. The floors were still just as dirty when we checked out in the morning. The room itself was mostly clean, though there was trash under some furniture. Couldn't change the AC, and no one at the front desk to ask for an extra blanket. At checkout we explained all the issues, and were offered an insincere "sorry" We will not be coming back.

Consumer Beware!
The elevator didn’t work upon arrival had to carry all items up 4 flights of stairs. Stairwell smelled horrible, The bed had stains and looked unsanitary. I literally slept in my clothes and only utilized the top THIN comforter sheet. However, if this is a stay longer then 3days buy or bring your own sheets they have everything as if an apartment the washer and dryer worked great and all appliances where up to date. Personally I wouldn’t rebook.

Could be good but needs better cleaning service.
Overall, the place appeared well kept, but when I pulled back the covers on the bed, they had clearly been remade and had already been slept in, and there was hair everywhere on the sheets. The pillow cases looked clean. The toilet and vanity were clean, but the shower was disgusting. It's like the cleaning staff only hit the toilet and vanity. The furniture was also in rough shape. I was only there one night and I was exhausted so I just slept on top of the covers in my clothes. I wouldn't stay here again. There were also stains on the furniture and stuck stuff on the table. I won't be staying here again.
