Would never return to this place. Pictures online were not what we stayed in. Dark room and dirty under the sinks. We only stayed one night of the two we had booked.

The hotel should not be open at all! We had booked months in advance and nowhere did it say they were renovating ad have been for a long time. They only had 3 rooms available when we arrived and the first 2 should be condemned. The door and lock on the first room did not work, the carpet was severely stained, the drywall was peeling and wet all over. The second room had the same issue and was dirty but the door worked. The room we stayed in was cleaner however the new thermostat did not work. You could not adjust the temperature in the room. The overhead fan was filthy. The room was extremely musty and the smell of pot was always present. I have never stayed in a room this bad in my life and I have stayed in hotels in a lot of countries including Dominican Republic, Mexico, Europe, etc. The only good thing I can say about the hotel was the front staff. They were very sorry for the condition and showed us the 3 available rooms. They were knowledgeable with directions and very friendly. My final opinion is: do not stay there! Expedia needs to listen to the reviews and inform others!

You’re very convenient The breakfast meals were delicious well supplied, and the girls were very nice very accommodating. I found the staff at the desk when we went in was very friendly. I just didn’t like the part that I had to go to the other building for access to the pool the breakfast, but overall, we were Satisfied

A little dated, but clean. Walking distance to a lot of cool downtown restaurants and shops. Went there for Kinsmen convention and to golf. Many courses and attractions within 30mins. Would recommend for location and value! Checkout Victoria St!!!

Do not stay here 😒
Was hit with unexpected fees. A young man living in his car behind the hotel asking for smokes and whatever i felt very uncomfortable. Guests using tge lawn to park their vehicle. Breakfast was muffins-tea coffee no eggs or bacon. Room had a fridge no microwave. This use to be a good place to stay at once upon a time. Now i would recommend this hotel. It has really gone down hill.

Love this place. The only issue is that the coffee is watered down and tastes like nothing. It's an insult to the intelligence of the guests who expect to drink actual coffee with their breakfast they're paying for. Spend $5 more and put some more coffee in the coffee machine. I can guarantee that you won't go bankrupt!

Excellent Stay in Charlottetown
The check in was quick and easy. This property is currently open while undergoing renovations, so there was some construction work but the staff kept the place as neat and clean as possible. Our room was very clean, we enjoyed the pool and they offered an excellent breakfast each morning. Would definitely recommend this property!

We were told check in was at 4pm, which we were aware of and our room would be across the street. We returned at 4:30pm and were told to sit and wait, our room was not ready. I felt frustrated by this and complained. We had dinner and a show planned and needed to shower etc. We were given a different room which smelled of urine and was musty with a thread bare carpet. We refused the room and were told to sit and wait, again. 4 other couples were checked in while we waited. My husband asked to see the manager. After our complaints we were given the option of two rooms, one had no airconditioning. By the time we were settled in our room it was 5:30pm. Staff and manager were very apologetic.

The location is great as one can walk everywhere from this place and the breakfast is fine but the hotel is in very poor condition for the price they charge. Wall paper is peeling off the walls, the beds are curved so you think you are falling out, the bathrooms need upgrades, the halls are very tired, the pool is in poor condition, the carpets are stained, and a total reno of the place is badly needed.
