Perfect for our family
This was a great little getaway house for our family with 2 small kids. Close enough to walk to all the North Shore shops and restaurants and easy drive to Aquarium and downtown. Or we could just walk around the neighborhood. So many great games and board games provided, that was especially fun. Thank you!

Family trip to Chattanooga
The house was well maintained and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (paper towels, foil, salt/pepper, pots/pans, plastic bags, etc.). We truly only had to buy food and drinks during our stay. There were games and books to entertain a 2 year old in between outings. We loved the swing and outdoor scrabble board on the screened in front porch! We appreciated the easy to control temperature and there was a fan in the main bedroom that we used for white noise. The house was within 20 minutes of Rock City and Tennessee Valley Railroad and 5 minutes from Coolidge Park.

Exploring Chatanooga with the Family
We had a great stay here. It was extremely close to everything in downtown Chatanooga. There was never any issue with parking. The decor in the house was so cute, and I loved sharing a little bit of history with my girls. Jenny was an excellent hostess and very prompt to respond. The screened in porch was so nice to enjoy in the mornings and probably my favorite feature.

The cottage was very cute. It was clean and welcoming. We loved swinging on the porch swing in the evenings watching all the dogs strolling by on their walks. Even though it was downtown, it was very quiet. We would definitely stay again.

The cottage was perfect for our weekend stay in Chattanooga. Comfortable and special touches such as a variety of tea and coffee options in the cute breakfast room with a record player and some golden oldies albums to the extras in the bathroom was really appreciated! We only stayed for two days but plan to book again to do a longer stay. The cottage was a five out five all the way. We have stayed in several VRBO properties and this one ranked number one on cleanliness. So many activities are within walking distance. The neighborhood was quaint and the backyard picture perfect. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would recommend!

Perfect family getaway Cottage
Very close to everything. Lots of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. Loved the vintage vibe. Our kids said they felt very cozy sleeping on the pullout sofa in the living room. They had a blast with the swing and hammock in the backyard. Also playing records on a real record player. Lots of family games available as well. This will be our new go to for Chattanooga!

Great location! Beautiful property! All the amenities in the kitchen anyone could ask for or need! My husband and I were eating the whole30 diet plan during our stay and the kitchen was perfect for prepping all of our meals. The screened in porch was fabulous for sitting and drinking coffee. Perfect location to downtown fun! We just loved our stay! Thank you!
