Very good

Very clean and convenient thank you. However terrible if you want a good night's sleep. The walls are paper thin. I could hear everything in the room next door. I was woken repeatedly and ended up leaving at 8am on Sunday morning to escape.

Basic en suite accommodation
Information on the website is misleading. There is no restaurant on site and no breakfast was available. The place is on the market, so that may be why dining is not offered. Room small and clean with shower in bedroom, good location, only suitable for a one night stopover.
Easy one night accommodation in a single room . Convenient property in a nice area close to Cheadle . Own front door so felt private . Room is basic but clean . Easy to park car and helpful owner who called me a taxi . Easy to check in and out . Reasonably priced ,
Friendly welcome, easy parking, small room comfortable with all the usual requirements met. Nice area and just 10mins or so drive from terminal 2 at manchester airport.
So I booked this accommodation for a 5 night stay as I was on a course. I have to say I was very disappointed with the accommodation overall. The room was very small with a toilet and sink in a seperate room, the shower was in the bedroom. WiFi was non existent. 1 night stay maybe ok any longer I wouldn't bother. It was clean but in need of modernisation. I was originally going to stay a second week but I was that depressed in the small room in week 1 I couldn't bring myself to stay there again.
Wonderful single room, with tea and coffee making facilities, en-suite bathroom and a comfortable bed.
Couldn’t ask for more. Very easy check-in from friendly host and situated in a nice area.
Enjoyed my stay in a warm cosy room, thanks very much
Lovely little rooms, with a nostalgic feel❤🦋
I have to say I felt safe and at home staying here, unlike big hotels where you can feel lost and a bit lonely. The owners were so friendly, approachable and accommodating. I would say there were aspects of the room that could have done with updating, but nothing out of the way and nothing you would complain about. On the whole the place had a lovely nostalgic feel about it and it was ideally situated in a quiet spot. A perfect little place, with a front door of your own, meaning you don't have to disturb anyone. There are shops and nice places to eat just a short drive away and I felt that my car was safe in the parking space provided. Well worth the money. I would definitely recommend staying at the Butterfly Guest House and will be staying again should I visit Manchester.
Very friendly staff. Good prices. Close to airport.

I booked a single room for one night. It was very small and outdated. I asked to have someone ensure that I was awake early for a flight the next day and nobody woke me up, and worse, I asked for breakfast to be scheduled as early as possible (7am) because of an early transatlantic flight, and not only did I have to wait until 7.10, but I actually woke the cook up as she had dozed off. She was very apologetic, but it was not impressive.
I loved the friendliness and classic Bed and Breakfast experience. It was lovely to be reminded that British hospitality is still alive and well! Thank you!
