The staff were very helpful and efficient. The bedrooms large however the bathrooms very run down broken panel on the bath awful stains on the tiles and rust on the towels heating

Nice place, shame about the duvet.
Staff were friendly. Building was nice, but the room was not that comfortable. No fridge and the safe was broken. The worst thing was that the bed was a 6ft mattress but we only had a 5ft duvet, which didn’t cover two people in the bed. This meant we had a poor night’s sleep.

Overall very good hotel with excellent facilities
Very comfy bed , quiet , nice leisure centre with excellent facilities that you can use for free during your stay Spacious and quiet room Room service food was very nice (sandwiche/fries/salad Although quite expensive totalling £19 I can't really fault the hotel in any way Only thing I would say is that I was told I could use the pool until 6pm when I arrived only to be told it was closing at 5 40 which was disappointing. But other than that I have no negatives to mention

I enjoyed my stay as per usual and the spa facilities available are a treat at the end of the day. The hotel has a lovely feel to it and the staff are friendly and professional. The food is also bet good in the restaurant.

Nice place but wish we knew there was going to be a wedding band blasting towards our room until midnight. Knowing we had a baby it would have been nice to warn us of the noise or offer a room away from the music.

The restaurant staff are wonderful, tbh I'm reluctant to share how wonderful this place is would like to keep it secret. A family were v annoying with a tennis ball and needed to be stopped only down side. Cocktails are excellent.

The hotel, staff and the food are all excellent. The grounds are lovely to explore and walk around. If that is not enough, there is an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool.
