We got there on a Friday, my child spilled a drink in the bed and floor so we used the towels in the room to clean it up and it's on the blanket. I go downstairs to get a blanket and towels they say we can't get in there til tomorrow, so night 1 no blanket to sleep with or towel to bath with. We leave out for the day at 630am on Saturday. And I tell them I need towels and a blanket to my room before leaving. Come back around 7 and still have no towels or blanket. So I go ask, they tell me they'll bring them right up. An hour goes by so I go back downstairs to ask about them to find shift change has happened and they once again can't get me a blanket or towels. WHATS THE POINT IN A ROOM WITHOUT A BLANKET AND A BATH? And the hallways smelled like weed

Pretty run down, not staffed very well, continental breakfast was grits and sausage and wasn’t restocked over the 30 min we waited, took a bit to get a driver for the shuttle to the airport at 6 am, bathrooms by the “dining” area smell horrid, entire place smells like paint…. It served its purpose but I wouldn’t stay there again…. No idea how Ramada would allow its name on the place

Over Booked!!!

My wife arrived at the airport around 9 in the evening. After traveling all day, she was told the hotel had been "OVER BOOKED". THE REFUSED TO HELP HER! Wow! Just wow!

I checked in the hotel around 8-9pm. After that, I went out to eat. When I got to the lobby, I asked where the restroom was. They said there was no restroom here. If you want to use one, go to your room. The bathroom amenities and towels had yellow stains, and there was no tissue paper.

If you missed a flight or your flight is cancelled, it's a convenient stay. Otherwise, expect no water in the vending machine, or food. It's an old hotel, smells old, rooms need upgrades, bathroom simple cocking around the bathtub. Its independently owned, therefore, it's not operated as a Ramada. Thankful, it was a stay for about 5 hours.

So upon check in there was not one luggage cart, i asked where they were she said she didn't know. I then noticed my reservation was wrong, instead of fixing it she told me to just make another reservation. So i go up to my room the first thing i noticed was it was an adjoining room, and the door was open, although the room was empty i wasnt comfortable. I started to call downstairs but there's no in room phone! So i attempted to go back and thats when the elevator was broken and i made three tripe to get my things. I was over it and tired but since the staff refused to go in and shut the conjoing door, i checked out and went somewhere else.

I was a skeptic at first because I am very familiar with the area, considering I grew up in the city. But after reading the recent comments from 2025... that's what swayed my decision to stay at the hotel. Overall I had no issues with my stay... it served it's purpose and I would definitely to it again at the same price point.
