Lovely room and nice breakfast. Stairs were a bit narrow but to be expected in an older house.

We had a marvellous three-night stay at Lansdowne. Corinne, the manager was very warm and welcoming. She provided a lot of helpful tips on where to eat or visit in the area. There is a wonderful breakfast selection from the cold buffet as well as off the menu for the freshly prepared breakfast choices.
The accommodations were very clean and cosy and are located within a five minute walking distance of the main shopping area. The location served as a good base to explore the Cotswolds. We highly recommend staying at Lansdowne!
Property was comfortable. Distance to main bourton was a pleasant walk and not too far (5 mins). Breakfast was good and the staff were very welcoming and pleasant. Nothing seemed an effort for them. I would definitely stay there again.
Great location, highly convenient base to navigate to the many Cotswolds sightseeing spots. Parking was very tight on both nights as other cars occupied a lot of space - I’d recommend renting a tiny car if possible. Wi-Fi worked well on most days but was very spotty on the last night. Hot shower was occasionally cold unfortunately. Property is well maintained and late check-in instructions were super clear!
Great little hotel where the staff are so friendly and helpful.
We were there for a 5 night stay.
Included breakfast was always delicious and plenty of it.
Ideal location for exploring the Cotswolds and just a short walk int Bourton on the water.
Highly recommended.
You couldn’t wish for better accommodation than here. It is within easy walking distance of the main part of the village and yet sufficiently secluded in the evening to be absent from any noise. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and the included breakfast is nothing short of first class. My room was a single and yet it had everything in it that one could possibly want including a perfectly appointed bathroom and lots of storage storage/cupboard space. I cannot recommend the Lansdowne enough and I will definitely go again.

Everything was beautiful. The only problem is that I booked the room hoping to do more meals, but the stove was not working. This was unfortunate. In addition, the internet was spotty and so was my data so that was frustrating.
Only stayed the night and booked on the day for a very reasonable price. Room was lovely, comfortable, spacious and quiet. The included breakfast was delicious. I would recommend.
Perfect location — minutes to the center of town, the bus stop, and walking trails — delicious breakfast every morning, and a beautiful room with plenty of space.
We had 2 nights here with friends and both rooms beautiful. Fantastic staff, lovely welcome and great breakfast. We would stay again and highly recommend.
Such a beautiful room in a lovely area of Bourton on the water. The hospitality, breakfast, attention to detail, we couldn't ask for more. Short walk to all the shops, eateries, pubs, grocery and pharmacy. The only potential downside if you cant do stairs, request a room on the ground floor.
Lovely guesthouse, albeit very pricey for the size of room. No air conditioning so room on top floor got excessively hot.
Lovely breakfast and staff excellent.
Close to all the amenities.
Me and my wife were allocated a room on 2/Floor. As we planned to stay only one night, we decided to take just what we needed and left the luggages locked up inside our car therefore walking upstairs was not a problem. There were plenty of guests parking spaces just outside the B&B. Walking to the beautiful river area where many pubs and restaurants were located took less than 5 minutes.
A true gem. Everything is well appointed and so comfortable. The staff so incredibly warm and inviting. It was my home away from home. Thanks for such a restful stay.
