The hotel has an amazing modern design. Room is spacious, with a living area, bedroom, walk-in closet and washroom. Walkable to the most vibrant area of the city. Excellent night life around the area.

I thought this hotel was a great place to stay, especially if its your first time in Chengdu. Its got a great location near the metro, IFS centre, chunxi lu and taikoo li. I'm not sure if it was an upgrade but the room was so big and spacious and was really well maintained. Staff were friendly even and tried their best to speak English which was greatly appreciated. Can't fault anything about the hotel!

Great location near shopping center and lots of food choices. However we can also hear the car honking from the road below. The bed is very comfortable, it's one of the best hotel beds I experienced. Most of the Hotel stuff only speaks minimal English.

Convenient Location
The hotel is situated at a central location and within walking distance to subway station yet it can avoid all the traffic jam as there are side roads with lesser traffic near the hotel.

Great location. Great price. My room included a couch and bar area, and shower and a separate tub in front of a window which overlooked the Chengdu skyline, which was nice. Only a couple of grievances: although the hotel included 2 complimentary water bottles each night, there were many other 35-yuan water bottles strewn about, and it was difficult to distinguish which was which. The central heat seemed to have a habit of turning off as well (it looks like the fan speed setting went back to 0 for some reason, which caused the heat to be effectively off), which also was unclear until I realized I was still cold after several hours. Still, great value.

Great hotel, affordable and conveniently located
Great stay. Many restaurants around. Across the street from many malls. Clean and modern hotel. The gym has free weights and only a couple machines. Hotel has a outdoor pool too.

Having stayed at the St. Regis a week before (rated as 4-star), this hotel (rated 5-star) compared miserably. Every little thing was extra $$. Bathroom was no where near as beautiful and up to date. Staff spoke little to no english. The "concierges" were no more than bell boys and didn't even bring our luggage to our rooms. This hotel is in major need of a renovation.

Horrible wifi. Room smelled of smoke. Emergency exit doors locked. Poor attitude at front desk. They gave me a voucher for a 'free drink at the bar'. Turned out to be Tea, Coffee or Juice.

Nice hotel for business stay.
A fairly new hotel. Probably 3.5 star by international standards for amenities, facilities, food and staff. Rooms are very large and comfortable. Being a new hotel cleanliness is quite good. Location is very good, opposite shopping area and malls. A variety of food choices is available within walking distance. Because hotel location is quite central, traffic is very heavy heading in and out of the city in the morning and evening if you need to travel out.
