I liked the whole experience the staff was great always friendly willing to assist you with a smile.The rooms was clean and updated the environment was quiet and peaceful. I would choose this hotel everyday if I could.
The property was very clean and very quiet. I liked how the entrance to the building locked at 7:00 pm and between 7:00 pm to 7:00 am you had to have a key card to get in. That made me feel safe especially when there are kids involved.
the staff are awesome. stayed 3 days , great breakfast everyday.
just no late checkout, no luggage storage if flight is in the afternoon.
shopping stores is walkable.
crackle barrel store is next to the hote
ill used the same hotel next time i come back to cheasapeake.

Had to spend over an hour straightening out our check in. They mixed our reservation up with another guests. Found hair (not ours) when we checked in and usb ports didn’t works
It started off well. When I went in my first room the toilet wasn't cleaned so the nice front desk lady gave us a new room. After coming in from a party we fell asleep around 2am and woke up to the fire alarm going off at 4am because something happened with an employee and the microwave so it took me an hour to fall back asleep. I woke up late and took a quick shower because I had to hurry up and check out to have an employee knock on my door at 10:55 asking if I'm ready to leave.....like my sleep wasn't interrupted a few hours before. Overall just annoyed....beautiful property but annoying experience.
3 Star hotel that doesn’t have a microwave in the room which was an inconvenience. We literally had to go downstairs to use the microwave and they only had one microwave on the property.
I like that it was clean. I didn't like that some of staff was lazy and rude. I didn't like the limited dining choices. I didn't like the old covers and pillows.
